An Act for applying certain Sums arising from the Revenue receivable in the Col- ony of Western Australia to the service thereof, for the Financial Year commen- cing First of April, One thousand eight hundred and forty-six.

consent of the Legislative Council of the said colony, to make, ordain, and establish all such Laws and Ordinances as may be neces- sary for the maintenance of the peace, order, and good government of the same :—Be it therefore enacted, by His Excellency the Gov- ernor of Western Australia, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof;—That out of the produce of the
