An Act for applying certain. Sums arising from the, Revenue receivable in the Colony of Western Australia to the Service there- of, for the Financial Year commencing 1st April, 1835.

HEREAS power and authority have been vested in the Gover-

II.

AND be it further enacted, that the Treasurer of the said
