the date thereof until the thirtieth day of November then next

And be it further enacted that whosoever shall act as an Appraiser contrary to the provisions hereof without being so licensed as aforesaid shall forfeit and pay for every such offence the sum of Twenty Pounds to be recovered in a summary way according to the Law of the Province for regulating summary proccediilgs before Justices of the Peace. | |
