ber and every such license shall continue in force from the day of

the date thereof until the thirtieth day of November then next

following.

Penalty Twenty

11. And be it further enacted that whosoever shall act as an Appraiser contrary to the provisions hereof without being so licensed as aforesaid shall forfeit and pay for every such offence the sum of Twenty Pounds to be recovered in a summary way according to the Law of the Province for regulating summary proccediilgs before Justices of the Peace.

IV. And be it enacted that all penalties and sums of money levied

under this Ordinance shall be paid and applied as follows that is to
