Citation
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Apple and Pear Stabilization Regulations.*1*

APPLE AND PEAR STABILIZATION REGULATIONS - SECT. 2.
Interpretation
2. In these Regulations, "the Act" means the Apple and Pear Stabilization Act 1971.

Support price-season 1971-72
3. For the purpose of sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Act, the amount per reputed bushel prescribed as the support price for the season that commenced on the first day of October, 1971, in respect of a variety of fruit specified in column 1 of the following table is the amount specified in column 2 of that table in relation to the name of that variety in column 1. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ --
