REGULATION UNDER THE APPLE AND PEAR STABILIZATION ACT 1971*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Apple and Pear Stabilization Act 1971.

AMENDMENT OF THE APPLE AND PEAR STABILIZATION REGULATIONS 

After regulation 7 of the Apple and Pear Stabilization Regulations the following regulation is added:

Support price—season 1976-77

“ 8. For the purpose of sub-section 7 (2) of the Act, the support price for the season that commenced on 1 October 1976 in respect of a variety of fruit specified in column 2 of the following table in an item in that table is the amount per reputed box specified in column 3 of that table in that item:
