APPLE AND PEAR ORGANIZATION (FEES AND EXPENSES) REGULATIONS.(a)

Salaries and fees of Chairman and members.

1. Regulation 6 of the Apple and Pear Organization (Fees and Expenses) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the words “One thousand seven hundred and fifty” and inserting in their stead the words “Two thousand one hundred”;

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (3.) the words “Three hundred” and inserting in their stead the words “Three hundred and seventy-five”; and

(c) by omitting from sub-regulation (4.) the words “Four pounds four shillings” and inserting in their stead the words “Five pounds five shillings”.

Travelling expenses.

2. Regulation 7 of the Apple and Pear Organization (Fees and Expenses) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the words “Two pounds two shillings” and inserting in their stead the words “Two pounds ten shillings”.

Commencement.

3.—(1.) Regulation 1 of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the first day of July, 1950.

(2.) Regulation 2 of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the first day of June, 1951.
