APPLE AND PEAR ORGANIZATION (BANKING) REGULATIONS.

 

Statutory Rules 1949, No. 67.(b)

 

Citation.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Apple and Pear Organization (Banking) Regulations.

Repeal.

2. Part II. of the Apple and Pear Organization Regulations is repealed.

Signing of cheques.

3. Cheques drawn on any account referred to in section 20 of the Act shall be signed by a member of the Board and either by one other member of the Board or by the Secretary to the Board.
