Apple and Pear Levy Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia; acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and after taking into consideration the recommendations with respect to the proposed Regulation made to the Minister by the Australian Apple and Pear Growers' Association, hereby make the following Regulation under the Apple and Pear Levy Act 1976.

The Apple and Pear Levy Regulations are amended by adding at the end the following regulation:

Prescribed class of fruit

"4. For the purposes of sub-section 7 (4) of the Apple and Pear Levy Act 1976, fruit sold for stockfood is a prescribed class of fruit.".
