Apple and Pear Levy Collection Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Apple and Pear Levy Collection Act 1976.

Commencement

1.These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1986.

2. Regulation 5 of the Apple and Pear Levy Collection Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (2).
