BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, Australia, as follows:—

1.—(1.) This Act may be cited as the Apple and Pear Export

Short title

and citation.

Charges Act 1947.

(2.) The Apple and, Pear Export Charges Act 1938*, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Apple and Pear Export Charges Act 1938-1947.

2. Section four of the Apple and Pear Export Charges Act 1938 is	the export of
Charges on

amended by omitting from sub-section (2.) the words "Three far-	apples and
things" and inserting in their stead the words "One penny".	pears.
