Apple and Pear Export Charge

Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and after taking into consideration the recommendations made to the Minister by the Australian Apple and Pear Growers' Association with respect to the rate of the charge imposed by the Apple and Pear Export Charge Act 1976, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1988.

Rate of charge

2. Regulation 3 of the Apple and Pear Export Charge Regulations is amended by omitting "11" and substituting "12".
