Apple and Pear (Conditions of Export) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Australian Apple and Pear Corporation Act 1973.

Sub-regulation 17 (2) of the Apple and Pear (Conditions of Export) Regulations is amended by omitting "Business and Consumer Affairs" and substituting "Industry and Commerce".
