HAYNE J: The applicants seek special leave to appeal against orders of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia dismissing an appeal against orders of a single judge of that Court (Emmett J). Emmett J refused the applicants’ application for constitutional writs and associated relief directed to the Refugee Review Tribunal.
There is no reason to doubt the correctness of the decisions in the courts below.
