Regulations under the Apiaries Ordinance 1928.

T J O H N BRAID WOOD DOOLEY, a Member of the'Executive JL, Council, acting for and on, behalf of the Minister of State for Home Affairs, in pursuance of the Apiaries Ordinance 1928, hereby make the following Regulations, to come into operation forthwith.

A P I A R I E S REGULATION'S.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Apiaries Regulations. short title.

2. Every application for the registration of. an- apiary shall be in Application for

accordance with Form A in the Schedule to these Regulations. registration.

3. The certificate of registration of an apiary ,«hall be in accordance certifldateol

with Form B in the Schedule to these Regulations. • • • • registration.

4. Every notice of removal of am.apiary shall be in accordance with Removal of
