Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Apiaries Regulation 2013 to exempt beekeepers from having

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Apiaries Amendment (Registration Exemptions) Regulation
2017.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Apiaries Regulation 2013

Clause 13 Exemption from requirement to be registered for interstate beekeepers

Insert after clause 13 (2) (e):

(f) the Animal Diseases Act 2005 of the Australian Capital Territory.
