Anzac Day Regulations 2016

1.Citation

These regulations are the Anzac Day Regulations 2016.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

• (a)

  regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

• (b)

  the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Anzac Day Amendment Act 2016 section 4 comes into operation.

3.Prescribed admission tickets

For the purposes of the definition of prescribed admission ticket in section 3 of the Act, a general admission ticket for an adult is prescribed for —

• (a)

  a large race event; and

• (b)

  a professional sport event.

4.Anzac Day Act Regulations 1961 repealed

The Anzac Day Act Regulations 1961 are repealed.
