2 Anzac Day No. 116, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Anzac Day Regulation 1993 . ˙ Amended Act 2. The Anzac Day Act 1921 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 3. Schedule, Part 1— insert— ‘ A shop that is an office under the Trading Hours Act 1990 in which— (a) the usual activities conducted include the letting of accommodation; and (b) on Anzac Day, the only activities conducted are— (i) the letting of accommodation; and (ii) activities related to the letting of accommodation. ’.
