Short title and citation . (1) This Act may be cited as the Anzac Day Act Amendment Act 1976. (2) In this Act, the An:ac Day Act 1921-1973 is referred to as the Principal Act. (3) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the An:ac Day Act 1921-1976.

168 Anzac Day Act Amendment Act 1976, No. 21 2. Amendment of s. 8. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from provision (c) (iii) of subsection (2) the words " eighty per centum " and substituting the words " 66.6 per centum ".
