1. The applicants seek special leave to appeal from a decision of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria. The appeal foreshadowed by this application for special leave to appeal would not involve the resolution of any question of principle of general importance. Nor are the prospects of success of the proposed appeal sufficient to warrant the grant of special leave. The application should be refused.

2. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
