Anti-Terrorism Act (No. 2) 2005

I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 3 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Anti-Terrorism Act (No. 2) 2005, fix 16 February 2006 as the day on which item 22 of Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
