Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Rules Instrument 2007 (No. 1)

1Paragraph 10.4.3

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

10.4.3 For the purposes of subparagraph 34(1)(d)(i) of the AML/CTF Act, the period is 14 days commencing on the day that the reporting entity opens the account in the name of the customer.
