ANTI-DISCRIMINATION AMENDMENT ACT 1997 NO 9—

PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Anti-Discrimination Amendment Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)

appoint 4 July 1997 as the day on which the whole Act (except Schedule 1 [10], to the extent that it inserts section 22E in the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977) commences, and

(b)

appoint 4 September 1997 as the day on which Schedule 1 [10], to the extent that it inserts section 22E in the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977, commences.
