I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under the Annulled Convictions Act 2003 .18 June 2014

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Annulled Convictions Order 2014. 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which the provisions of the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 commence. 3Principal ActIn this order, the Annulled Convictions Act 2003 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Annulled Convictions Act 2003.
