Annulled Convictions Order 2004

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 17(2) of the Annulled Convictions Act 2003 .12 July 2004

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Annulled Convictions Order 2004 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal ActIn this order, the Annulled Convictions Act 2003 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4Schedule 1 amended (Non-exempt applications) Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended by inserting after item 9 in Part 6 the following item: 10.   Volunteer positions with Scouts Australia which have direct contact with youth members.
