ANNUAL REPORTS (STATUTORY BODIES) ACT 1984—

REGULATION

(To omit obsolete references to certain statutory bodies)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984, has

been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1985 is amended:

(a) by omitting from clause 2A the following words:

Rural Assistance Board

(b) by omitting clause 3AA (a).

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1985 to omit obsolete references to the Rural Assistance Board (which has been replaced by the New South Wales Rural Assistance Authority) and the Education Commission and the Higher Education Board (both of which have been abolished).
