HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1985 is amended by
inserting after clause 4 (1) (el) the following clause:
of the Treasury from time to time relating to any Social Programs
Social Programs—such details as are determined by the Secretary
provided by the body;

EXPLANATORY NOTE

Section 9 of the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984 requires a statutory body to include prescribed information in its report of operations. The report of the operations of a statutory body is included in its annual report.

The object of this Regulation is to require statutory bodies that provide Social Programs (formerly known as “Community Service Obligations”) to include particulars of such Programs in their report of operations.

This Regulation is made under the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984,
including section 9 (1) and (2) and section 17 (the general regulation making power).
