NEW SOUTH WALES

[Published in Gazette No. 76 of 2 July 1993]

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984, has

been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

PETER COLLINS

Treasurer.

The Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1985 is amended:

(a)

by omitting from clause 4 (1) (m) the words “time for provision of services” and by inserting instead the words “guarantee of service” ;

(b) by omitting from clause 4 (1) (m) the word “times”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

At present, the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1985 requires a statutory body to include in its annual report particulars, where appropriate, about standard times for providing services. The object of this Regulation is to alter this requirement so that it will extend to particulars about a statutory body’s guarantee

of service.

This Regulation is made under the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984,

including section 9.
