ANNUAL REPORTS (STATUTORY BODIES) ACT 1984—
REGULATION
(Relating to the format of annual reports)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1985 is amended by omitting clause 7 (1) and by inserting instead the following subclause:
(1) The copies of an annual report of a statutory body which are laid before Parliament or distributed to members of Parliament are to be of the size:
(a) ISO A4 in the case of an annual report for any financial year which ends on or after 30 June 1993; or
(b) ISO B5 in the case of an annual report for any financial year which ends before 30 June 1993.
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1985 to change the page size for future annual reports of statutory bodies. For the financial year ending on or after 30 June 1993 (and following years) the size will be A4 (instead of B5), according to the International Organisation for
Standardisation nomenclature.
