HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1985 is amended by omitting from clause 2A the words "New South Wales Higher Education Board".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1985 to exclude its application to the New South Wales Higher Education Board which has been abolished.
