ANNUAL REPORTS (STATUTORY BODIES) ACT 1984—

REGULATION

(Relating to grants to non-government community organisations)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984, has

been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1985 is amended by

inserting after clause 4 (1) (e) the following paragraph:

(e 1) funds granted to non-government community organisations:

(i) the name of the organisation receiving the grant of funds;
(ii) the amount of funds granted;

(iii)  the program area, as defined in the relevant Budget paper for the financial year to which the report relates;

(iv)  the program, as defined in the relevant Budget paper for the financial year to which the report relates; and

(v)  further details in accordance with guidelines issued to the statutory body by the Treasurer from time to time.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to require a statutory body to include particulars

of grants to non-government community organisations in its annual report.
