ANNUAL REPORTS (STATUTORY BODIES) ACT 1984—

REGULATION

(Relating to codes of conduct)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1985 is amended by

inserting at the end of clause 5 the following subclause:

(2) For the purposes of section 7 (1) (a) (v) and (b) of the Act, the following matter is prescribed as matter that the annual report of a statutory body must comprise:

• in the case of a statutory body’s annual report for its 1991–1992 financial year, a copy of the code of conduct prepared by the statutory body for observance by its officers and employees

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1985 to require a statutory body to include in its 1991–1992 anual report a copy of its code of conduct for officers and employees of the statutory body.
