ANNUAL REPORTS (STATUTORY BODIES) ACT 1984—

REGULATION

(Relating to account payment performance)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1985 is amended by

inserting after clause 4 (1) (m1) the following paragraph:

(m2) payment of accounts—in the case of a statutory body’s annual report for each of its 1991–1992, 1992–1993 and 1993–1994 financial years, details of performance in paying accounts (assessed in accordance with indicators determined by the Treasurer from time to time), including details, where appropriate, of action taken to improve performance in paying accounts;

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to require a statutory body to include particulars of its account payment performance in its 1991–1992, 1992–1993 and 1993–1994

annual reports.
