His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to require a statutory body to include in its 1997-1998 and subsequent annual reports information about its implementation of the Government’s Action Plan for Women (published November 1996), including the Plan’s key objectives, goals and strategies in respect of which the statutory body has taken action during the reporting year and the actual outcomes achieved during the year.

This Regulation is made under the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984, including sections 9 and 17 (the general regulation making power).

The Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1995 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

during the reporting year

reference to sources of further
information in relation to the
