His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984.

Explanatory note
The Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984 requires the annual reports of statutory bodies to be presented to Parliament. Clause 17 (3) of the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1995 provides that an additional copy of an annual report of a statutory body is to be provided to the Clerk of the Parliaments and the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly in a computer readable form. The object of this Regulation is to remove the requirement for an additional computer readable copy to be provided to Parliament.
This Regulation is made under the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984, including section 17 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies)
Amendment Regulation 2000.
2 Amendment of Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1995
The Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1995 is amended by omitting clause 17 (3).
