His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies)
Act 1984.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to require a statutory body to include particulars of its account payment performance in its 1996-1997 and subsequent annual reports.
This Regulation is made under the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act
1984, including sections 7 (l), 9 (2) and 17 (the general regulation making
power, in particular section 17 (2) (a)).

annual report for its 1996-1997
financial year, and any subsequent
