TreasurerThe object of this Regulation is to require a statutory body to include in its 1997–1998 to 1999–2000 annual reports information on the statutory body’s activities in relation to the Year 2000 Millennium Bug (that is, problems associated with the use in computer programs of a two digit year code rather than a four digit century/year code). This Regulation is made under the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984, including sections 9 and 17 (the general regulation-making power).
