I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Annual Reports Legislation (Amendment) Act 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 March 1992 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the main part of the Act on 1

March 1992. Minor amendments consequent on a proclamation under the Public

Finance and Audit Act 1983 specifying the Auditor-General’s Office as a statutory
body are taken to have commenced on 3 February 1989 (the date of publication of

that proclamation).
