(Relating to reporting on disability plans)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Annual Reports (Departments) Act 1985, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Annual Reports (Departments) Regulation 1995 is amended by inserting in Schedule l after the matter relating to Equal employment opportunity the following matter:
| Disability plans | A statement setting out the progress during the reporting year in implementing the Department’s disability plan required under the Disability Services Act 1993 |
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to require each Department to include in its annual report a statement on the progress in implementing its disability plan. Such plans are required to be prepared by Departments under section 9 of the Disability Services Act 1993.
This Regulation is made under the Annual Reports (Departments) Act 1985, including sections 9 (l), 11 (2) and 20 (the general regulation making power, in particular section 20 (2) (a)).
