ANNUAL REPORTS (DEPARTMENTS) ACT 1985—

REGULATION

(Relating to notice of changes to codes of conduct)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Annual Reports (Departments) Act 1985, has

been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1st April, 1993.

Amendment

2. The Annual Reports (Departments) Regulation 1986 is amended by

inserting at the end of clause 4 (c) the following word and paragraph:

; and

(d) in the case of a Department’s annual report for any subsequent financial year, a copy of any amendment which was made to the code, or of any new code which replaced the code, during the year.
