ANNUAL REPORTS (DEPARTMENTS) ACT 1985—

REGULATION

(Relating to codes of conduct)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Annual Reports (Departments) Act 1985, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Annual Reports (Departments) Regulation 1986 is amended by

inserting at the end of clause 4 (b) the following word and paragraph:

; and

(c) in the case of a Department’s annual report for its 1991–1992 financial year, a copy of the code of conduct prepared by the Department for observance by its officers and employees.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Annual Reports (Departments)

Regulation 1986 to require a Department to include in its 1991–1992 annual report
a copy of its code of conduct for officers and employees of the Department.
