His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Annual Reports (Departments) Act 1985.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to require a Department to include in its 1997-1998 and subsequent annual reports information about its implementation of the Government’s Action Plan for Women (published November 1996), including the Plan’s key objectives, goals and strategies in respect of which the Department has taken action during the reporting year and the actual outcomes achieved during the year.
This Regulation is made under the Annual Reports (Departments) Act 1985, including sections 11 and 20 (the general regulation making power).
