An Act to resolve a doubt as to the method of assessing the amount of annual holiday pay due to workers; for this purpose to amend the Annual Holidays Act, 1944; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 14th October, 1970.]

E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by

B and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : •—

1 . This Act may be cited as the "Annual Holidays

2. The Annual Holidays Act, 1944, is amended—

(a)

by inserting in subsection three of section two after the symbols " ( a l ) " the word and symbols "or ( a 2 ) " ;

(b)

by omitting from the same subsection the words "and based on age or years of service";

(c)

by omitting from the same subsection the words "for his age or years of service".
