Animal Welfare (General) Amendment

Regulations 2013

Made by the Ciovernoi in Executive Council.

Citation

These regulations are the Animal Welfare (General) Amendment
Regu/wions 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal clay);

(b) the rest of the regulations —

(i) if gazettal day is on or before the day on which

the Biosecurity and _1gricu /hire 1Umageinneni

Rcgrrlalions 2013 (other than regulations I

and 2) come into operation on the clay on

(ii} otherwise — on the day after gazettal day.

3.              Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Animal Welfare (General)
Regulations 2003.

4.             Regulation 5 amended

(1) At the beginning of regulation 5 insert:

(2) In regulation 5 delete An animal set out in the list of declared

animals published under section 35 of the Ag>rici diure and

Related Resources Protection Act 1976" and insert:

5.             Reguhution S amended

Delete regulation 8(6)(b) and insert:

These regulations are the Bulk Handling Amendment

Regulations 2013.

2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows —
