PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Animal Research Act 1985, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint:

(a)	1 September 1990 as the day on which Parts 3, 4 and 6 of that Act commence; and
(b)	1 January 1991 as the day on which Part 5 of that Act commences.
