Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) (Approved Entities) Amendment Regulation 2017 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) (Approved Entities) Amendment Regulation 2017.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 26 May 2017.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) Regulation 2009.

4   Insertion of new s 30B

Part 5—
insert—

30B   Approved entities—Act, s 43W

For section 43W of the Act, each of the following entities is prescribed as an approved entity—

(a)Canine Control Council (Queensland) Ltd ACN 160 285 192;

(b)Gold Coast City Council;

(c)Logan City Council.
