Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2010 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2010. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the AnimalManagement(CatsandDogs) Regulation 2009. 4 Amendment of s 32A (Deferred dates for particular local governments) (1) Section 32A(d) to (i)— renumber as section 32A(e), (f), (g), (i), (m) and (n). (2) Section 32A— insert— ‘(d) Burdekin Shire Council—l July 2010; (h) Hinchinbrook Shire Council—l July 2010; (j) Mackay Regional Council—l July 2010; (k) McKinlay Shire Council—l July 2010; (l) Richmond Shire Council—l July 2010.’. 5 Amendment of sch 3 (Fees) Schedule 3, items 1 and 2— Page 2 2010 SL No. 121
