Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the AnimalManagement(CatsandDogs) Regulation 2009. 3 Amendment of sch 4 (Information that is PID information) Schedule 4, section 2(2), definition relevant address — omit, insert — relevant address means— (a) for a cat—the address of the place at which the cat is usually kept or proposed to be kept; or (b) for a restricted dog—the address of the place for which a restricted dog permit has been issued; or (c) for a dog other than a restricted dog—the address of the place stated in the registration notice as the address for it.
