1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) Amendment Regulation 2025.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) Regulation 2019.

3   Amendment of s 7 (Approved entities—Act, s 43W)

(1)Section 7—
insert—

(ca)MDBA Pty Ltd ACN 120 900 656, trading as Master Dog Breeders and Associates;

(2)Section 7—
insert—

(e)Responsible Pty Ltd ACN 656 209 086, trading as Responsible Pet Breeders Australia.

(3)Section 7(ca) to (e)—
renumber as section 7(d) to (f).
