Animal Care and Protection (Use of Electrical Device on Horses) Amendment Regulation 2020 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Animal Care and Protection (Use of Electrical Device on Horses) Amendment Regulation 2020.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 August 2020.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Animal Care and Protection Regulation 2012.

4   Insertion of new s 6A

After section 6—
insert—

6A   Use of electrical device on horses—Act, s 18

For section 18(2)(e) of the Act, an electrical prod is prescribed for horses.
