s1 2 s3 Animal Care and Protection (Postponement) Regulation 2002 No. 276, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Animal Care and Protection (Postponement) Regulation 2002 . 2 Postponed commencement of Act, s 24 (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 25 October 2003. 1 (2) In this section— “postponed law” means section 24 of the Animal Care and Protection Act2001 . 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 27 October 2003.
